I started Paramount Business Group because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, hardworking small business owners who were leaving money on the table, wasting time on the wrong things, and slowly burning out — not because they weren't good at their craft, but because nobody had ever sat down with them and looked at the whole picture.

A lot of consultants will charge you for a 40-page report and disappear. That's not what I do. I work alongside you — finding the problems, building the plan, and helping you execute it.

Most of my clients come to me with messy books, expired permits, or no system at all. That's fine — that's exactly what I'm here for. We start with a free 15-minute review, I tell you what I find, and we build a plan from there.

Some clients need a one-time cleanup. Others want an ongoing partner who handles the back-office permanently. Either way, I'm not done until the problem is solved.
